Attention all Juniors and Seniors. Please do not forget that you have to complete the release form with your parents in order to get your release sticker from the Counseling Office with Ms Morales. All juniors and seniors with a release in their schedule should have a sticker on their ID card at all times.

This special night – Friday, June 7, after the ceremony – is designed to keep kids safe while creating a memorable graduation celebration. Looking for a great leadership opportunity? Want to get involved in your community? Tigard's Youth Advisory Council is accepting applications! The Tigard Youth Advisory Council (TYAC) is an organization through the City of Tigard that gives youth a voice within the community. Through communication with the City Council, regular meetings, service projects and volunteer opportunities, students have the chance to make a true impact. TYAC meets twice a month on Monday evenings, and members are asked to attend volunteer events as they are able.

THS Career Center is open every day from 9am-3pm for students and parents. We have resources for students to explore colleges and careers, including college research, college visitations, SAT & ACT information, Vocational/Technical School information, Financial Aid & Scholarship Information, Military Information, Naviance access on center computers, monthly lunchtime career speakers and much more.

The Career Center is also the hub for the VOLUNTEER PARENT MENTOR PROGRAM where juniors and seniors have the opportunity to meet one on one with a mentor to discuss and determine their post secondary plan. Students - you will meet with your mentor during the 2nd semester of your junior year and first semester of your senior year. Parents: If you are interested in providing one on one post secondary advising during school hours, please fill out mentor application located on the career center website or contact Jill Sims, jsims@ttsd.k12.or.us

Football: Our football team is off to a great start with a 2-0 record. They have a game against Glencoe tonight at 7:00 pm, which should be an exciting matchup. Come join the fun and excitement!

Boys Soccer: Despite some recent losses, it's clear that the boys' soccer team is determined and playing with passion. They are looking to bounce back in their upcoming games.

Girls Soccer: The girls' soccer team is on fire, remaining undefeated with recent victories over South Salem and McMinnville. They seem to be a force to be reckoned with this season.

Volleyball: The volleyball team has had a successful season so far, with 5 wins under their belt. They are gearing up for Three Rivers League play, which should be an exciting challenge. Check the team out in the Sprague Tournament tomorrow.

Cross Country: Cross Country had a strong showing at their meet in Bush Park, Salem. Despite one of the top runners being out, the boys' team secured second place in team points, while the girls' team continued their winning streak.

It's great to see the dedication and success of our Tigers. Keep supporting them as they continue to excel throughout the season!

Fútbol americano: Nuestro equipo de fútbol americano ha tenido un gran comienzo con un récord de 2-0. Tienen un partido contra Glencoe esta noche a las 7:00 pm, que debería ser un enfrentamiento emocionante. ¡Únase a la diversión y la emoción!
