Our class is working on an EDGE authentic learning project, and is partnering with Dog Eared Books to incorporate student pitches at their store and on their social media platforms.

The voice of the Iowa State Cyclones, John Walters, allowed some of our EDGE students to job shadow him. They got to learn the ropes of Cyclone TV, what it takes to prepare for play by play broadcasting, and general advice on entering a career in broadcasting. They even got to listen to him being interviewed by two different radio stations. Thank you John Walters!
