PTA Positions 2015-2016:
The PTA has been Advocating for children and families for over 100 years. Our MCES PTA has three openings remaining in our Advocacy group. We need an AU chair, AIG Chair and ELS (English as a Second Language) Chair to inform, educate and be the voice for these children and families on our PTA. The time commitment is flexible. There are no major projects currently for this group and we have a strong chair to lead the team. Please thoughtfully consider giving your time and Advocating for these kids and families.
ATTENTION TRACK 2 PARENTS!!!
We need a track 2 room parent coordinator. The job involves gathering email address from all track 2 room parents or track 2 teachers and assembling address into google doc. Minimal time commitment job runs from July- September 2015 and can be done from home or use your smartphone.

Carnival: Volunteers Needed!
Thank You for your ongoing support of MCES PTA Programs. Please contact AnnMarie Marchese at mcesptacarnival@yahoo.com with any questions or concerns. View the following Sign Up Genius to sign up: Many adult volunteers are needed to help the Carnival run smoothly on the day of the event. Many high school and middle school students come to help run the attractions, but adults are needed to supervise them and oversee money transactions.
This year the MCES Bullying Prevention Program will be launched at Carnival. The Carnival and Bullying Prevention Committees would love to have teachers sign off on the student's Bullying Prevention pledges.
TEACHERS: If you are available on the date and time of the Carnival (5/9/15 4-8pm), please consider signing up for one of the Bullying Prevention Slots on the attached Sign Up Genius. If teachers could please fill the Bullying Prevention slots first, that would be appreciated. Teachers are then welcome to sign up to volunteer in any other slot.
PARENTS: If you would please consider signing up for slots other than the Bullying Prevention slots, that would be appreciated. Note, the Clean Up Supervisor positions are intended to supervise the high school and middle school volunteers.
Thank You for your ongoing support of MCES PTA Programs. Please contact AnnMarie Marchese at mcesptacarnival@yahoo.com with any questions or concerns.
