The link to the 2019 Senior Survey will be sent to every senior via his/her LPS school email on May 1, 2019.
Seniors can also access the Senior Survey via the Stevenson High School website, the Stevenson Twitter account or the Stevenson Facebook page.
Seniors must be logged in to his/her LPS student account to access and complete the survey. This may require you to sign out of another Google/Gmail account to do so.
THE FINAL ONE FOR SENIORS
Final transcripts with proof of graduation are not automatically sent to the college/university/trade school that a student will be attending in the fall. And final transcripts are required by all colleges before students can begin classes in the fall.
Seniors can order his/her final transcript now by visiting Parchment at https://goo.gl/1ckQf and selecting "HOLD FOR GRADES" when completing the transcript order. Once final grades are posted from second semester in late June all requested final transcripts through Parchment will be delivered electronically to the destination(s) the student selected. So request now so that your transcript arrives at your college this fall before you do!
Seniors with questions about his/her final transcript should talk with his/her counselor. *Transcripts do NOT automatically update in your Parchment account, so you should also request a "self view" so that you will also receive a copy of your final transcript.
COLLEGE CREDIT in 90 MINUTES
You read that correctly! Graduating seniors have an opportunity to earn college credits in just 90 minutes. The College-Level Examination program or CLEP Test developed by CollegeBoard can help graduating seniors receive college credit for what they already know by earning qualifying scores on any of the 33 introductory-level college subject examinations. And these college credits are at a fraction of the cost of a college course and the credits are accepted at over 2,900 colleges and universities. An average college course can cost hundreds of dollars but a CLEP Exam is only $80. Now that's math anyone can understand. For more information visit:https://goo.gl/SCWXNI

ACCOMMODATIONS NEEDED
The Disability Resource Center at Eastern Michigan University notes that access is the focus at the collegiate level and notes that the laws pertaining to a K-12 student and a college student are different. Wayne State University's Student Disability Services Department highlights that past documents, paperwork or evaluations such as a 504 Accommodations Plan or an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) do not secure accommodations on campus but rather these documents factor into the decision process for determining accommodations on the college campus.
If you have questions about what department(s) or campus personnel you should be meeting with to determine academic accommodations on campus you can start by contacting the Admissions Office.
