Laptop Reminders:
2. Students have one freebie to forget their laptop at home or school. After that, the laptop stays at school for one week. We use this tool daily for math practice, quizzes, assignments, and writing. Without it, it makes completing daily assignments difficult, if not impossible.
3. Laptops should come to school each day in the provided bag accompanied with the charger.

NEW ATTENDANCE LAW
This is an important new attendance regulation our school district will be following this year and going forward!!
The United States Department of Education Office of Civil Rights (OCR) defines an “Absent Student” as one who doesn’t attend 50% of the instructional day”.
Keeping this state law in mind, if your child arrives at school at 7:45 am they must be in class until 11:05 am in order for them to be counted present for the day.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office.
