Important Reminders
- All Staff, Students and Visitors are expected to wear a face covering while on site making sure to cover your mouth and nose. You may remove your covering during lunch.
- Frequent hand washing is encouraged.
- Parents, if your child has a fever, please keep them home.
Friendly reminders to all parents/guardians from the Main Office:
- If you move, please notify the school. You will be asked to Email or FAX a Proof of Address document such as a Lease Agreement (first and last page), Cox Cable Bill, DHHS letter or Bill of Sale on a house. The school FAX is 531-299-2319 or Email Melanie.Liekhus@ops.org
- if you change phone numbers or Email addresses, call Mrs. Liekhus at 531-299-6867. We must have workable phone numbers for all parents/guardians.
- When students have Dr. Appointments, (a parent needs to call when you leave class if your child is doing remote learning and then call again when you return if it's still during school hours).
- For your convenience, doctor notes may be faxed to our school nurse at 531-299-2318 from your doctor's office to avoid making a trip to the school.
- For the protection of all of our Staff and Students at Bryan Middle School, when parents/guardians need to pick up a child from school, we ask that you wear a mask to enter the doors and provide ID at the main office. Once we have verified your identity, we will call your child to the office. If you are sending someone in to pick up your child, please call the office at 531-299-2300 ahead of time to let us know who will be coming in and the time. That person will need to show a valid ID prior to us releasing the student.

BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB INFORMATION
Join us here at the club for help with school work, fun activities including sports, fitness, healthy habits, cooking, STEM, fine arts and more! We also have an online program called VOICE where members participate in engaging games with BGC staff to win a huge variety of prizes!
