Brain Hemisphere

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the right side of my brain. That means that i use my right side more then my left side. However, sometimes I need more if my left side because i use the left side a lot and my left side is weaker then my right side.

Brain hemisphere quote

you have two hemispheres in your brain- a left and right side. The left side controls the right side of your body and right controls the left half. It's a fact. Therefore, left - handers are the only people in their right minds.

how do you make up your mind (behavioral style)

When making decisions I tend to follow the Behavioral style. People with that decision making style 1.) focuses on people and social aspects 2.) considers the well-being of others 3.) acquires information by listening and interacting with others 4.) evaluates information by using feeling and instincts 5.) has a low tolerance for uncertainty. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as too concerned about others, wishy-washy, can't make hard decisions, can't say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for well-designed, people oriented collegial settings.
