Craddock's Weekly Update
For the Week of March 6, 2023

Mrs. Menta's Message
Happy Saturday Evening!
I hope you enjoyed the sunny Saturday we had! I am keeping my fingers crossed Mother Nature will come through for tomorrow as well!
We had another wonderful week at Craddock, which included continued learning and growing, Read Across America day and our trimester 2 PBIS Rally! We had so much fun! Congratulations to all of our Role Models and All-Stars. Both staff and students were announced and celebrated Friday! Check out some of the pictures below!
In addition to celebrating at the rally, the students learned how they can individually earn gold Inchy coins. The coins have been distributed to staff and they will be looking for students who earn poms consistently, do something absolutely spectacular and/or students who have made growth over time in any area. We have no doubt the books in our vending machine won't be there for long! The kids were so excited!
The 1st and 2nd grade students at Craddock have successfully filled our school-wide pom pom bucket for the SIXTH time and the votes are in for how they want to celebrate - A WEEK LONG HAT DAY! Please know that they are permitted to wear hats to school this entire week, Tuesday, 3/7 through Friday, 3/10! I can't wait to see what they come in with!
We are excited to see many of you at spring conferences this coming week. Please know they are not required for all students. Either the teacher and/or the parents may request one. Teachers are finalizing schedules now and are working hard to prepare to meet with you. We look forward to sharing lots of great information.
In addition, the second trimester is officially over and that means our Gather student portal will go live this Friday, 3/10. We will be sending a set of directions home with the kids to help provide access guidance if you desire it. Don't hesitate to reach out to us at Craddock with any questions at all.
Enjoy the weekend ahead and always feel free to reach out with any questions, concerns and/or feedback. Please be reminded students do not report on Monday, 3/6/23. We will see them all Tuesday!
Thank you for your continued support of all we do at Craddock. We are incredibly lucky to partner with you!
Take care,
Kim Menta
