Below are summaries of our class meetings. They are not exact word for word transcripts, but they offer a glimpse of what was discussed. (To be honest, your Principal is a horrible meeting minutes person.) I hope folks can make their next class meeting in a few weeks.

12th Grade Class Meeting Summary
Senior Agenda
- Graduation: It s scheduled for June 6th. We are looking to hold this for the Seniors on that date. If large gatherings are not available, we will be doing something virtually. More info will come as we have a clearer idea of the Governor's decisions.
- Prom: Canceled for May 15th. We are trying to secure a date in late July if the venue is available.
- Senior Awards: Will be combined with graduation.
- Online Schooling: Nearly 85 seniors have not completed assignments in one way or another. They need to complete it otherwise credits may be held. The School Committee has made comments that they will hold students to their current grad requirements so they need to do the work.
- Grading/GPA: The third term will affect credits.
- Personal Items Left At School: Students who left items at school, there will be a date pick up items if it is decided that we can not return to school. If you need something immediately, please contact Mr. Terranova at bterranova@capetech.us Otherwise, announcements will be made shortly.
- Signing Day: This is still being discussed. We want to do for the seniors.
- Virtual Spirit Week: See below.
- Senior Project: A meeting was held with senior Social Studies teachers. We will be moving forward with the presentation phase of the Senior Project. They will be sharing the expectations, due dates and potential for extra credit with you shortly. If you have not started working on your slides, this would be a good time to begin. If you are concerned that your Senior Project Portfolio is at school, you should have everything available online as our portfolios are electronic. If something is left at school that you feel you need, please prepare to make a presentation without it.
- Need help: Contact Guidance Counselor. (Ms. Davis- adavis@capetech.us Ms. Mador- cmador@capetech.us ) We have provided Chromebooks and other items to students. If students are needing necessities at this time, please reach out about that as well. We have resources to help.

Virtual Spirit Week
- Virtual Spirit Week: Next week during Spring Break. Students will dress up and share pictures by 12 pm on the listed day. Email pictures to crusaderspirit@capetech.us The class that has the most spirit gets a special prize.
- Tuesday: Me and my pet
- Wednesday: Crazy Hat Day
- Thursday: What I miss most about not being at Cape Cod Tech is....... (Complete the linked sign, print, or make your own take a picture and share.)
- Friday: Maroon and Gold Day, show your Crusader Pride.
11th Grade Class Meeting
Junior Class Agenda
- Online Schooling: Nearly 77 juniors have not completed assignments in one way or another. They need to complete it otherwise credits will be held. School Committee has made comments that they will hold students to their current grad requirements, so students need to do the work.
- Grading/GPA: The third term will affect credits.

- Scheduling: We are working on Senior Schedules for next year. If there needs to be a student selection, we will put information out.
- Working Papers: Available online for the summer. See below.
- SATs: May and June is canceled.
- College Admissions: Admissions counselors will be requesting grades and whether or not students participated in their learning during this time. Please be sure to keep on top of your work. We also want students to start researching what schools they may be interested in. Some schools have shared that they will not be open in the fall so students should consider that before making plans t visit schools.
- New Building/ Student Orientation. At this time the new building is set to open in September. We are planning for a student orientation at the beginning of the year. Mr. Balzotti and a group of students are working on this right now. Stay tuned for more info. Juniors that are involved with this project are June Bucell, Ezra Leary and Joe Small.
- Need help: Contact Guidance Counselor. (Ms. Davis- adavis@capetech.us Ms. Mador- cmador@capetech.us ) We have provided Chromebooks and other items to students. If students are needing necessities at this time, please reach out about that as well. We have resources to help.
- Senior Project Junior Proposal will be taught during your next Gold Cycle. Students will be expected to complete it to the best of their ability. Parents/guardians will need to sign off on it. Information will be shared by your shop teachers.

10th Grade Class Meeting
Sophomore Class Agenda:
- Online Schooling: Nearly 82 Sophomores have not completed assignments in one way or another. They need to complete it otherwise credits will be held. School Committee has made comments that they will hold students to their current grad requirements, so students need to do the work.
- Grading/GPA: The third term will affect credits.
- MCAS: MCAS has been canceled for 10th graders for this year. We expect the graduating class of 2022 to take them during their 11th-grade year. More information to come when it is available.
- Personal Items Left At School: Students who left items at school, there will be a date pick up items if it is decided that we can not return to school. If you need something immediately, please contact Mr. Terranova at bterranova@capetech.us Otherwise, announcements will be made shortly.
