Family Bulletin for Sept 14, 2023

News for September 14, 2023
RAHS Families -
We hope you and your family are having a positive experience at RAHS! I continue to be amazed with our students and staff and feel so blessed to be here.
My ultimate goals as the building principal are student learning and safety. The building is open to students beginning at 7:45 - please do not bring your child before then unless they have a planned meeting with a teacher, club, practice, etc. We are not able to supervise students until closer to the start of the school day. The doors remain locked until 7:45. Additionally, thank you for your patience at arrival and dismissal as we work to increase the flow of traffic as safely and swiftly as we are able. Please follow the directions of staff who are out to support this work!
We have quickly made it to Homecoming week (beginning 9/18) - this is an exciting experience as a high school student! The energy will certainly be elevated and we’re looking forward to the many events scheduled next week. Whether it is a spirit day or the culminating dance on Saturday evening, please encourage your child to participate as these are the fond memories we all look back on as graduates!
Cheers,
Dr. Jen Wilson

Hello Students and Caregivers,
In accordance with state law, Roseville Area High School is required to conduct a number of safety drills per school year. This year, we will be conducting the following safety drills: Lockdown, Hold, and Secure. We will communicate to students a day before we conduct these safety drills. In addition, we will be conducting 5 fire drills and one severe weather drill (tornado drill). Our staff have gone through the required training to help support your child during these drills. Please feel free to contact our school if you have any questions or concerns regarding the drills.
