THANK YOU TO TRINITY....

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

What a joy it was to worship with you and pastors around the area at Chapel this morning! Thank you for the lovely card and gift enclosed that you gave me. I am blessed to be your pastor - and today brought home that fact in a wonderful way. I thank God for the privilege of serving you with Jesus Word. I thank you God for you! May Jesus keep you in his tender care.

In Christ,

Pastor Christie

Dear students, Parents, and Staff of TLS,

Thank you for taking time to remember me (and the other pastors) in today’s chapel for Pastor Appreciation. I’m so grateful for the sweet card and generous gift of money you shared with me (I’m planning to use the money for gas and taking my wife and daughter Hannah out for dinner when we see her at the end of the month at Martin Luther College in MN). I so enjoy serving God with you by sharing God’s Word and getting to know you and your families. I love seeing you in the TLS hallways (and especially in church) and the great hugs and high-fives I get from you. It’s so great to study God’s Word together and sharing Jesus with our friends and family – especially those who don’t know who Jesus is and what He’s done to save us. Keep sharing your faith with your family, friends, and neighbors – you make SUCH a difference when you do. And keep those high-fives and hugs coming. I’m praying for you and please say a prayer for my family today. May God richly bless you for your kindness.

In Jesus’ love,

Pastor O

Dear TLS school family,

When I opened the encouraging card and gift you gave me for helping with chapel at Trinity, I said, "Wow!" outloud. I thank you for your generosity and especially the privilege of sharing God's message of forgiveness and salvation in your chapels this year. With winter closing in, and after years of stuffing socks into the cracks of our front door to keep the cold out, I will put your gift toward a new front door. God will continue to bless Trinity as you continue to share the good news of Jesus. To Him be the glory!

In Christ,

Pastor John Borgwardt

Items should be dropped off in the school office between 4-4:30 each day. If you need to drop off earlier, food items may be put in the kitchen (with a note) and then also leave a note with the school office so the set-up volunteer knows where to find the donated food items. Thank you!

  1. Set examples. Let children see you read
  2. Have a collection of books in your home. Update this collection routinely to keep up with changing tastes and reading skills.
  3. Support our school's Book Fair. Allow your children to choose their own books to read

If you’re able to help any evening during the week we could use you help!! Please follow the link below to help out during the book fair!! Kids are always welcome when volunteering!! HuTerra Rewards- Shop Local - Support Local

We are pleased to announce we are using the My HuTerra App to raise HuTerra Rewards for Trinity Lutheran School . By downloading the free and simple My HuTerra app we are able to raise funds when we all shop for the things we want and need. This includes being able to visit local stores and shop at over 1000 stores online. These stores include Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Macy’s, Sam’s Club and many others! We are so excited to see how much we can all raise when we use the My HuTerra app to raise the funds we need to make our School a more fun and inviting learning space.

  • All you need to do to support our school is download Huterra App:
  • Select Waukesha Trinity Lutheran School as your fundraiser.
  • Select Fund Our Students as your fundraiser and then select the Family Last Name you wish to support.
  • Shop at participating local businesses and any of the online stores or
  • Scan your receipt under the "Scan to Give" section of the app and you're done!

It's just that easy! Shop, scan, give! It is set up like scrip where but 50% of what you earn in rewards will come back to your pocket and 50% will stay with school! You can also shop through there website and get a percentage back as well as buy gift-cards like Scrip. This is all done through the app. We have noticed that Scrip has a better percentage back on some stores than Huterra. So make sure your maximizing your money back in your pocket. You can just scan your receipts and still get money back!!
Please help us spread the word by sharing this email with all of your friends and family! If they download the app they can raise funds right along with us, no matter where they live!
