About Beethoven
Beethoven was born in Bonn, Germany. He had a miserable childhood, he was one out of the seven children and only three of them survived to be adults. He absorbed music as a small boy. When he was seventeen he made his first trip to Vienna, Italy. After his father's death, he becomes very serious about his music.

Beethoven grew up in Germany and this is where his family stayed. He lived specifically in Bonn, Germany.

This piece of music is Beethoven's symphony 3 or the "Eroica". He wrote this in 1804. It was originally dedicated to the first consul of France: Napoleon Bonaparte.
