Talk to students about how they can show grit by:



  • Talking about our learning and explaining our learning to others.
  • Talking about our mistakes and problem solving through them.

1.What problem did Dojo face?

2. What did he decide to do when faced with that challenge?

3. What did Katie explain to him about his brain?

4. Does Mojo have to face those challenges with zest to have growth mindset?

5. What learning challenges has your brain faced this year?

5. How do you think that growth mindset and grit are related?
