What the people there do for recreation?
- people may swim, play golf, go biking.
- Some people bring their kids to one of those farms that let's you pick your own strawberries.
- There is also boating, fishing, camping, and hiking.
- Many Quebec cities have soccer leagues, and softball teams.
- In Montreal, they love watching their Allouettes CFL football team.
In the winter:
- People have downhill and cross-countryskiing
- snowshoeing, snowmobiling, skating, hockey.
- The Montreal Canadians hockey team has a major following from October to June.

Basics on Quebec's government
- In modern Canadian use, the term "government" is broadly the cabinet of the day, elected from the National Assembly of Quebec and the non-political staff within each provincial department or agency (the civil and public services.)
-The province of Quebec is governed by a unicameral legislature, the National Assembly of Quebec. Which operates in the Westminster system of government.
-The political party that wins the largest number of seats in the legislature normally forms the government, and the party's leader becomes premier of the province (the head of the government.)

More than 95% of Quebec's territory lies within the Canadian Shield. It is generally a quite flat and exposed mountainous terrain interspersed with higher points such as the Laurentian Mountains in southern Quebec, the Otish Mountains in central Quebec , expect for areas that are located between the it's capital Québec City and Montreal. These areas are more urban and are more heavily populated.
The people of Quebec for recreational fun are more active than most americans. They like to go swimming, hiking, fishing. They keep up with local hockey teams and soccer teams. In the winter they go snowboarding and skating. For a living most people work in the service and research industry. They work as lawyers, tour guides, coffee shop owners, doctors, government agent etc.
