I love serving your students and being here as a support to anyone who needs me. For those of you who I have not met, this is my second year as the school counselor at Granger Elementary and I am so blessed to be at such a caring school. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your school family!
What is a School Counselor?
The role of the NISD elementary counselor is to help all students fully develop their academic, personal, and social abilities. The counselor is an educator who delivers a comprehensive guidance program in the school as recommended by the Texas Education Agency. NISD counselors are state certified professionals with a master's degree in counseling.
