Limitless opportunities in PHS DECA!
Next Stop Nationals!
With less than eight weeks left of the 2017-18 school year, PHS DECA plans to end this school year on a high note! We have several events planned for the remainder of the year to keep our members active in and energized about DECA, including DECA's biggest yearly event, the International Career Development Conference (DECA ICDC). Several of our members placed at the State competition and will be headed to the International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, GA, April 21st-25th. Winners are highlighted below.
Congratulations to all of the PHS DECA competitors who competed at the State DECA Career Development Conference in March. Every competitor represented our school and our program so well, and we are very proud of you! The following students placed in their competitive event and will be moving on to compete at the DECA International Career Development Conference:

Coming to You Live from Atlanta...
Addison was chosen as part of the editorial team, so her job will revolve around creating content for the DECA Direct online newsletter and website. Members on the editorial team are assigned several writing assignments before arriving in Atlanta, and members will work on writing assignments during their free time at ICDC. Writing assignments will vary from covering the exciting opening and closing session of conference, interviewing competitive event finalists and advisors, and exploring all aspects that DECA ICDC has to offer.
Way to go Addison! We are so proud of you!!
