Grade Level PLCs
Prior to our meeting on Tuesday, I would like everyone to read the introduction on pages 1 and the top of page 2 and the frequently asked questions on pages 7-10.
Our goal is talk about your planning process and to read through our curriculum documents so that you all can begin to discuss future lesson plans.
Principal Den
Say something today that will inspire someone tomorrow.
Be the power of a powerful educator!
- Change “have to” to “get to”
- Stay positive.
- Learn to talk to yourself instead of listening to yourself.
- Feed yourself with the positive and starve the negative.
- Your negative thoughts are lies.
- Speak truth to those lies.
- Feed the positive to each other.
- We still have to address the negative.
- I will not let anyone walk through my mind with dirty feet.
- This is how we do things at our school. We are not going to allow someone to sabotage our team. No energy vampires. Remember the No Complaining Rule.
- Positivity is the glue as we go through the process of building a great school.
- Love Serve Care are the ways forward.
- Busyness and stress affect customers service and leadership.
- Can’t be much of a leader if we only see ourselves.
- Everyone wants the audience to love them but I love the audience. ~ Pavarotti
- Communicate Connect Commit
- When there is a void in communication negativity will fill it.
- When you serve in small ways it turns into something bigger.
- The obstacles are our way forward.
- Care drives our passion.
- 1% more everyday
- If you know that person had your best interest at heart; you are more likely to take feedback
- Great teams have difficult conversations.
- Can’t be negative to negativity.
- What is your vision and what do you need to fulfill it?
- Choose your one word. Share your defining moment.
- Meaningful relationships and connectivness matter.
Sunset Valley teachers and staff ~ Thank you! You are a gift to each and every SVES student, staff member and community member.
