Principal's Corner
Dear BFPP Families,
As I am heading into a three day weekend I am thinking of the number 3:
3 more weeks of school….wow!
3 more chances to do weekly contact/monthly review check ins with Learning Plan Partners.
3 opportunities to show gratitude and grace.
3 times in the next 3 weeks I will celebrate.
(Celebration of Learning, 8th Grade Celebration…info coming soon, and end of year meetings)
3 times I will likely shed tears.
3 times I intend to laugh!!
3 times I will think about those I will miss.
3 times I will honor this crazy year we have shared and be thankful that we did it together!
With love and hugs from afar, k

Celebration of Learning!
This is a chance for students of all ages to share their learning with the broader school community. Think of it as a mixture of Show & Tell, Science Fair, and Talent Show, all rolled into one!
Possibilities include opportunities for students to show, discuss, and/or perform:
• Written stories
• Art projects
• Academic work
• Songs (singing and/or instrumental), dances, skits
• Blogs, animations, coding, etc.
• And anything else you would like to share with our community
We look forward to seeing you and celebrating your learning (via Zoom, so invite your friends and family!) Please submit your idea(s) to Teacher Karen by Friday, June 4.

BFPP Fundraiser at Playdate
Here's an opportunity to support a new Bellingham business and BFPP at the same time!
PlayDate, a kids' playspace located in Bellis Fair Mall, will donate a percentage of sales on Wednesday, June 16th to our school.
In addition to their playspace they have scratch-made pizza, snacks, and drinks. Come play any time during business hours, and just mention you're with BFPP upon paying.
