What is microbiology
Microbiology is a branch of science that deals with microorganisms.
Virus
A virus is a non-living pathogen that can change /mutate .and it affects the host cell and replicates to cause illness and disease. They are considered as non-living but affect living things. For the virus to attack in the order for them to reproduce they need a host cell. The viruses are passed down around many different ways like by water, insects, and even human contact,We can prevent the viruses from spreading if you get a vaccine this will help from getting so many people sick and you from being sick too.
Bacteria
Bacteria is a single celled prokaryotes that can cause disease, Multiply rapidly and can form colonies.Bacteria is transmitted by direct / indirect contact ,droplet transmission like coughing and sneezing and the surface but bacteria is mostly transmitted in warm moist areas. the bacteria can be treated by antibiotics.
Fungi
It diverse groups of eukaryotic organisms that lived by decomparing the organic material in which they grow mushrooms, molds, mildews, and yeasts.
Parasite
A parasite is an organism that lives on or inside of another organism and it benefits by taking nutrients from its host.
Outbreak
A outbreak is an occurrence of a disease grater then what otherwise be expected at a particular time or place.(Something like a disease occurred in china and it became to grow but more then it ever have,)
Epademic
an epidemic is an outbreak of a disease that affects many people in the area of a specific country or region.(For example: the disease in china speeded to other parts of the country and so its affecting them now but only them right now no one else.)
Pandemic
A pandemic is an epidemic that spreads over a very large area or throughout the entire world.(For ex.:the disease from china spreaded to another country and that country spread it to other countries and the spread it to other so now more then half the world have the disease.)
Similarities & Differences Between Epidemic & Pandemic
The difference between epidemic and pandemic are that a epidemic is a out =break that affects only the people in a specific region or country. And a pandemic is a epidemic that spreads all over the world or throughout a large area. And the similarities are that the both have to deal with some type of diseases that could spread to there places.
