Arrival and Dismissal Procedures update

We would like to remind parents of a few procedures in regards to arrival and dismissal.

First, As you are aware, we are growing and the car rider line is getting long and takes a little bit to get through. We ask that you stay in your car whether picking up or dropping off so that our line can move quickly and efficiently. We do have staff available in that area to help young kids load and unload as well if needed. We ask that you please practice loading and unloading as well as buckling up with your child to help with this process. If you do need to buckle your young child after picking them up at dismissal, we ask that you pull into the lower parking lot in front of the pick-up area so the line can keep moving.

Second, If your child is not a normal bus rider and is riding the bus home with a friend, we have to have a note from a parent with a phone number that we can call and verify the note before they will be allowed to ride the bus. These notes need to be turned in to the teacher as early as possible so that we have time to verify before getting ready for dismissal.

Third, The school bell rings at 7:45 am and kids should be in class by that time. If a student is late they have to be checked into school in the front office.

Lastly, if you want your child to eat breakfast, please drop them off before 7:30 am so they have time to eat before moving to their classroom.

We thank you for your help and patience and if you have any further questions please feel free to call or email.

CORE VALUE

Happy New School Year! Our core value honor means to hold in “high respect, great esteem.” For example, the sentence: “The portrait hangs in the place of honor,” means that the picture was hung at an important place in the home. Honor is letting someone know you see how valuable they really are.
