Nutrition Lesson in Dr. Moss-Brown's class
Dr. Gregory Moss-Brown's jogging class had a nutritional day in class with a juice made with carrots, collard green, spinach, apples, and a few other veggies. The class learned about nutrition concepts by preparing debate issues from research on the food serves at Lil's. discussing eating disorders, monitoring their food intake. Dr. Moss-Brown says that "Even though the color was not as appealing as I had hoped, everyone drank the juice, a few asked for more and the process of juicing may have found the hearts of a some." Why not try your own blended mix of healthy veggies and fruits today?
