Just a reminder that the following items are due to the leadership department no later than next Monday, August 6th:

  • Final master schedule (to include teachers names and room numbers)
  • 2018-2019 PLC schedule (to include administrator assignments)
  • Final copy of "Price of Admission" Letter to staff
  • Agenda/Week at a Glance for Beginning of Year campus staff development
  • 2018-19 Administrator Assignments

Please submit to the appropriate office (Sonya Allen- Secondary; Brenda Mayfield- Elementary) no later than the end of the day Monday.

FROM THE HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR OF OPERATIONS: Judi Cangas

We want to make you aware that we rolled in the 2018-19 Organizational Chart for True Time approvers this morning. As a result, any time sheets that are currently in the approval process will be set to a denied status and need to resubmitted by the employees. Please be sure that your office staff is aware so they can answer questions that may arise when paraprofessional employees return next week. Also, please notify us if you cannot view timesheets for any paraprofessional employee on your campus.

Reminder: Employees are responsible for the accuracy of their time sheet and must submit weekly. Principals are responsible for making sure that time sheets are accurate and approved on weekly basis.
