i think you should intake more calories if you want to gain weight but with your calorie intake your weight will remain the same you have a lot of protein in hour diet but i will recommend a lot more vegetables your fruit intake is fine just more vegetables. other than that your diet is fine.

15 minutes free time ( basket ball or something you like)
