Summer Slim Down Plan
Let's start together and I want to lose 50 lbs. I would like to be able to walk without every joint hurting me constantly. I have made a pledge get up and move around for 10 minutes every hour. I am including getting up from my seat or wheeling to kitchen to chop an apple and wash dishes and then dry. These are very simple activities, however they do add movement and enhance thirty minutes a day. I also want to invest a chair yoga program. I am looking for people to take challenge with me.
