What is CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. By becoming a member of CSA, you're able to have direct access to delicious, fresh, high quality food grown by your local farmers.
For $500, you'll get 16 weeks of seasonal, locally grown vegetables, herbs, flowers, and more, with the benefit of empowering local youth. 100% of the CSA proceeds are used to pay our farmers and to purchase needed supplies for the farm.
Who are the farmers?
Local youth who operate and manage farms in Tigard, OR. They learn about:
- organic and sustainable agricultural practices
- environmental science
- life, employment, and nutrition skills
- leadership
- entrepreneurship
