TYWLS Astoria Weekly News! (3/22)
Where Leaders Begin, TYWLS Astoria
A Message from Dr. Allison Persad, Principal
Dear TYWLS Leaders and Families,
It's Women's History Month! Let us celebrate the women who has come to before us and paved the way for our success.
At this time we have much more to do:
- Control of our bodies, not the government
- Equal pay
- Gender equity in work places
"Nobody is free, until everybody is free." - FLH
I continue in prayer for all the families who have lost loved ones, homes, freedom and who are awaiting for the return of their loved ones. I pray for a better humanity for our children.
Love and Light.
