Volunteers needed for Slope Day!

Dear Cornell Graduate Students,

We really need and want you to make Slope Day, Thursday, May 12th, a fun and safe day for everyone. Please volunteer to help!

The commitment is at least one 2 hour shift. Volunteers will mostly be on the Slope encouraging attendees to eat and keep hydrated, distribute water, pick up litter, and watch out for people in need of medical attention. Other volunteers will work SlopeFest on Ho Plaza, staffing a number of different attractions and handing out free food. Students who work for four hours or more will receive free meal tickets.

What do you get in return? If you put in a quality and hardworking shift as a student volunteer (Level 1), we will waive your admissions fee.

In addition to the ticket and the volunteer t-shirt, all volunteers enter a raffle for gift cards to local businesses, receive a Slope Day Nalgene water bottle and, most importantly, an amazing experience!

If you’d like to sign up to help make this year’s Slope Day a success as a student volunteer, sign up at slopeday.cornell.edu/volunteer!

Email slopehelp@cornell.edu with any questions.

Thank you so much!
