Cleaning and sanitizing
Clean counters before you start cooking to avoid cross-contamination. Clean right after crumbs and spills. Also after tasting food with a spoon always use a clean spoon and use it once to taste once with the spoon. To sanitize clean the surface, rinse the surface, sanitize the surface, and allow the surface to air dry. There are three sink methods washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. First you should rinse and scrape the food off . First wash glassware. Then silverware, next dishwater like plates and bowls and then kitchen tools at last wash the pots and pans.
