Upgrade
FREE FOOTBALL TAILGATE: EVERYONE IS INVITED!
Upgrade is an initiative of the Welborn Baptist Foundation that aims to help students win in the classroom through healthy choices and physical activity. In an effort to raise more awareness of our Upgrade program and involve the community, Huntingburg Elementary, Holland Elementary, Southridge Middle School and North Spencer Schools are teaming up to offer a FREE HEALTHY TAILGATE EVENT before the SOUTHRIDGE vs. HERITAGE HILLS varsity football game on Friday, September 28th. The tailgate will be held in the lawn south of the football field and will begin at 6:30 EST (game time is 8:00). Raider and Patriot fans will have the opportunity to sample healthy food options, gather recipes, and learn more about local nonprofits and businesses who also promote healthy lifestyles. For more info, contact Upgrade coordinators Brett Schuler (schulerb@swdubois.k12.in.us) or Elaine Main (maine@swdubois.k12.in.us)
