Project-Based Learning Community Survey
Puckett's Mill Elementary is incorporating Project Based Learning in Science, Social Studies, and Math. In order to tie in authentic, real-world connections, we are looking for individuals willing to share their knowledge and experiences with students. If you are willing to enhance the learning of countless students, please share with us: hobbies, present/past careers, areas of expertise, travels, the possibilities are endless by completing the form linked here. There are so many connections that can be made to our curriculum! Completing this form is not a commitment. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Mrs. Lessard or Mrs. Banfield.

Important Reminders
Transportation Changes If at any time you need to change your student's afternoon transportation, all requests must be submitted in writing using the Transportation Change Request form found on the main page of the school's website BEFORE 10:00 a.m. Faxes and emails will not be accepted. Please communicate changes, even last-minute changes, to the registrar and not the classroom teacher. The completed form should be sent to school with your student and turned in to their teacher when they arrive at school. Thank you for your help to ensure the safety of our students. | Free/Reduced Lunch FormA new free/reduced form must be filed each school year. If you were on this program last year and plan to continue this year or if your situation has changed due to recent events, you will need to fill out an application. The online application is now available. You will only need to fill out one application for all your children - even if they attend different schools in the GCPS system. You can access the application here. You can click here to check the status of your application. | Cafeteria Visitors and Birthday Treats As we begin the school year, we are working to provide our students with a safe space to eat lunch. This includes creating as much distance as possible between our tables. Therefore, until further notice, we will not allow visitors at lunch. Parents are welcome to send in with their student or DROP off STORE BOUGHT, individually, pre- wrapped treats for birthdays celebrations. |
