Thank you for the endless hours of planning, worrying, and brainstorming each of you put in every day! Thank you for the warm hugs I see you giving out each day - the warm smiles you greet your students with every day - even when you don't feel well or have a mind full from home. Thank you for always giving above and beyond! Thank you for stepping out of your comfort zone! THANK YOU.....

SEED FACILITATORS WANTED/NEEDED....
Dear Principals and Superintendents,
We are recruiting teachers to participate in leadership for the SEED project in two different positions:
Content Development Teams
Each year, we convene a group of educators to help develop the content of Teacher Learning Communities. Currently, we are looking for educators who have expertise, interest, and/or experience in each of our selected Teacher Learning Community topics for Spring 2018
. Content Development Teams will complete their work this summer.
SEED Facilitators
We are excited to announce a new opportunity with the SEED project! With the dual goals of growing internal expertise and providing tailored support for each school in the BOCES, we have created the SEED Facilitator position.
SEED Facilitators make a year-long commitment to serve on aBOCES-level leadership
team that providesa
connectionwith
the SEED Teamwhile helping schools to use SEED resources to support their unique needs.
For both positions, we are requesting that administrators follow
applicable
local policies and proceduresto
identify representatives for each position and provide these names to NW BOCES. The representatives identified will be hired as contractors of NW BOCES and paid directly through NW BOCES for their work.
Please submit all names by May 15th.Here are the details of each

:Content Development Teams
Stipend: $500
Commitment: approx. 15 hours of work, including one in-person day in Steamboat
Dates: Summer 2017, in-person day June 27th
plus about 8 hours of additional work
