Conferences will follow the same format as the fall. On March 3, teacher videos will be sent to families. If there are questions or concerns beyond the videos, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for an individual meeting. Counselors will also be reaching out to families to arrange virtual conferences for the evening of March 3, at the request of Kellogg staff.

We are still in need of Scholastic Book Fair volunteers to help out Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Please help if you are able!

An Invitation
Dear Kellogg Families:
I hope the first half of the 2021/2022 school year has been enjoyable for your child and family and that you had a wonderful winter break. I am writing today to share an opportunity to learn about our School Resource Officer (SRO) program and provide feedback.
Our middle and high schools all have an SRO assigned to the school buildings. However, many parents are not familiar with our SROs and their role in our schools. To help our parents understand the program and to get to know the SRO in our school, we are inviting our parents to a virtual question and answer styled forum with me and our school's SRO, Tim Condon, and our District’s Coordinator of Safety & Security, Julie Claymon. We will begin the meeting by introducing ourselves and our role in the school. Then, there will be time for you to ask us questions.
In our busy day-to-day routine, I know not everyone can attend the meeting. However, your feedback is valuable. If you cannot participate in or feel comfortable asking a question in a forum, please consider emailing me( Juclaymon@rochesterschools.org) your questions for our school's SRO by 3/7/22. In addition, we will share the advance questions with our SRO to answer the evening of our forum. Lastly, we will record this virtual meeting and make the recording available later in the week.
Rochester Public Schools is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

We Need Your Help! (repeat)
Dear parents and caregivers,
This year, the City of Rochester is working with Rochester Public Schools with funding from the Minnesota Department of Transportation to create a Safe Routes to School plan. The plan will recommend ways to make walking and biking to school easier, safer, and more comfortable for students and families. The website below links to a survey that asks your feelings about walking and biking to school. Completing this survey will help us create a better plan!
Please help us reach this goal by filling out this 5–10-minute survey!
