Truitt Middle School
DECEMBER 2021
A NOTE FROM MS. GARCIA
Dear Parents,
Happy New Year! We were happy to see our students on the first day back from the break. I hope you all had a nice holiday and are ready to start out the new year!
In order for all of us to have a safe and healthy spring semester, please review the COVID guidelines that are linked below. With the current COVID surge, we are suspending lunch visitors until further notice. I will send out a message when we are able to open back up to visitors. Please encourage your child to sanitize their hands and mask-up as often as possible.
Lastly, I have been noticing a lot of tardies to school each day. Please remember our instructional day begins at 7:20 am.
Thank you for your continued support!
Sincerely,
Yvette Garcia

CAR RIDER INFO
IMPORTANT CAR RIDER INFORMATION
The safety of our students is our first priority. Please make sure you are following these important car rider procedures.
*All cars need to move as forward as possible into the drop off zone before students unload.
*Do not let students out on the street. This is not safe for your student.
*Please make a right turn only when exiting the parking lot after dropping off your student. Left turns are not allowed and hold up the car rider line.
*When picking up your student at 2:50, please get in the car rider line. Students are walking in between cars and it is not safe.
*Please do not drive on the wrong side of the road to bypass everyone in the car rider line. It is dangerous to all drivers in cars and students on our buses.
Thank you for keeping our students safe.
