StrengthsQuest Seminar

StrengthsQuest is a program designed to identify and develop each individual's strengths. Through a 20-minute assessement, students will receive a customized report and have the opportunity to analyze and apply it to their academic and professional careers. The seminar meets three consecutive weeks for two hours. The first session focuses on understanding your strengths. The second session explores using your strengths to navigate groups and organizations. The third and final session centers on using strengths in your career. Various departments on campus use this in the student employment hiring process including University Housing and Residential Life (resident assistants) and the Student Center Operations team (student staff). Registration is required. All materials are provided for participating students.
