Dear Warren families,

We had 99 percent participation in winter conferences! During this season of gratitude, we, the Warren staff, are thankful for our students, our families, and the partnerships we have built with our families to support student learning during this Covid-19 learning environment.

Warren staff starts each faculty meeting with positive reflection. This time of reflection gives us opportunity to focus on our “why” (our students!). This year has been filled with many challenges, but despite the challenges we have persevered. There have been many joyful moments this school year. What a privilege it is to educate your child/children. On behalf of all Warren staff, we hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving break filled with many moments of joy.

Congratulations to Athena Menth (3rd grade) and Kayden Moore (5th grade) , for reaching their personal progress goals! Athena has been working so hard on her remote days and Kayden has been knocking it out of the park with DLI learning. Keep up the amazing work Athena and Kayden!!

Ava was presented with posters to display at Warren School that were made with her design. Great job, Ava! Warren is so proud of you!

Here at Warren, we are going to begin using Dojo to recognize all the hard work our students are doing. Whenever students are completing their remote day work or caught following our Warren Words to live by, (kind, honest, safe, respectful, and responsible) they can earn a Dojo point on their account! Dojo points are a symbol given to students in recognition of their appropriate behavior choices and their hard work at home. These points will accumulate throughout the month. As we are unable to gather for Mighty Manner assemblies this year, two students who have been showing their hard efforts in school and/or at home will be chosen from each class to be celebrated.

Warren will have a Dojo Wall near the main office like the Mighty Manner Wall. Every month two students from each class will get their picture on the wall and be given a prize. The students will also be celebrated in the bi-weekly newsletter.

Winter Break is the weeks of December 21st - 25th and December 28th - January 1st.

There will be no in-person or remote school for those 2 weeks.

School resumes January 4th.

Please remember that meals are provided during the Winter Break!
