Stressed out? Exhausted? Tired of taking care of everyone but you?
Stress is a natural response that protects us when we are threatened, however, most days were are not in danger. How we respond to stress can actually cause more stress and stress impacts our body, our minds, and our relationships. Learn how to change your habits of reacting wildly to responding thoughtfully. Learn practical, simple strategies that reset your nervous system and give you back your days, allowing you to live your best life.
Restorative Yoga, Assess Your Stress, and Yoga Nidra are all a part of this relaxing evening.

Rest, Reflect, and Relax: An Evening Retreat
Early bird registration by Friday, April 6, 2018 is $35 per person, registrations after this date are $40 per person. Cancellations will be charged a fee.
Please bring a water bottle, a journal, and a pen. Dress in layers and wear cozy socks.
