In these hands on presentation and discussion we will look at the respiratory system components: muscular, fascial, osteo-articular and functional aspects of it. How to evaluate proper breathing mechanics, which structure may be involved in a dysfunctional manner and how to address them. The purpose is to give tools to the practitioner, wether you are an Athletic Trainer, Pilates instructor, LMT, PT or PTAs .Learn to use KINESTHETIC AWARENESS and use your clients history to bring back to proper function the most fundamental life support.


The hands on workshop is scheduled from 10am to 5pm.
