Mark Twain
Mark Twain was a famous American author, humorist, satirist, lecturer of the 19th century. Twain's real name is Samuel Langhorne Clemens, but in his work he went by Mark Twain. He is most well-known for his American novels Huckleberry Finn and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer ("Mark Twain Biography").
