A bit of housekeeping
The Damson Hill Cottage Woodland and Studio will officially open for the beginning of the Autumn Term on MONDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER. So all Pilates and Woodland Workout classes will start from this date.

The Woodland Workout
tues 9.30am, weds 7pm & fri 9.30am
The first class this term will be at 9.30am on Tuesday 8th September. I will be teaching on Wednesdays at 7pm until the light really starts to fade so we'll just have to wait and see with this one. The new class this term is on Fridays at 9.30am now, so don't forget, if you can't come to one then hopefully you can make another.
Each class is still £7.
If you'd like to pay upfront with a 15% reduction for one class a week (doesn't matter which WW class) on a half termly basis then the cost will be £42.
I've got a new option also. If you'd like to do more than one class a week then the second class will be just £5.
Lastly, a little plea actually, would it be okay if you could try and remember to pay me on the day of the class as it's very hard to keep tabs on people paying me at school, or at a later date, it's impossible to keep my notebook up to date! Thank you.
As mentioned in my blog in addition to lots of new sets of boxing gloves and focus pads, monkey bars, pull up bar and some TRX suspension systems will be appearing soon too
The Weekend Workout, Meonstoke Playing Field (by Meon Hall) Saturdays 9.30-10.15am
This class runs along the same timetable as the children's football class run by Tecnico Coaching so term time only as well. The first class this term will be on Saturday 5th September.
This is a pay as you go class at £5 for 45 mins.
Pilates at The Pilates Studio
I currently have 2 spaces in Monday's 7pm class so do spread the word if you know anybody that would like to join. All other classes are full now.
Price remains the same at £12 a class payable upfront on a half termly basis as normal. This half term is for 7 weeks so the cost will be £84.
I offer one class off a term so if you know in advance that you are going to be away then you can knock £12 off your final total and inform me of this date please also.
Unfortunately I cannot offer any refunds for sickness etc.
Remember that if I do know when people can't make a class in advance then I can fit other people in to those openings. For example, if you can't make your class one week and I know someone isn't coming to another class that week then I can offer you that spot. I've obviously got the Monday 7pm class to use as well for these eventualities.
Pilates at HealthSpace, The Square, Bishops Waltham (opposite The Crown Hotel)
I will be teaching here in a beautiful room with one wall pure glass on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9.30am. These are my only daytime Pilates classes. Just think you can pop to Josie's for a post workout coffee and over to Hylands for your weekly fruit and veg!
The cost and terms will be the same as at The Pilates Studio at Damson Hill Cottage. £12 a class payable upfront on a half termly basis. And again small and intimate classes.
Spaces are limited so please email me your interest as soon as possible. Classes will start on Monday 28th September.
Restore Revive & Replenish - the 3 R's!
The barre is about to be bought and fixed in place in the studio. All ready for our first ever session of Restore Revive & Replenish - a Pilates & wellbeing day.
Up to 5 friends can get together and spend the day exercising, chatting (a lot), eating, walking and stretching in and around Damson Hill Cottage and Dundridge, Hampshire. The day will run from approximately 9.30 - 4pm and will cost £75 each.
The day will consist of the following:
9.30am - A welcome smoothie
10am - Pilates
10.45am - A cleansing and refreshing juice and energy ball
11.15am - Pilates on the Barre
12pm - Lunch served in Betty the vintage caravan in the woodland
1.30pm - A 4.5k walk along country roads, fields and woodland in Dundridge
2.30pm - A refreshing drink followed by a deep and relaxing stretch in the studio
3.15pm - A healthy vintage tea party in Betty (there will be cake!)
I'm just finalising the menu and it's looking so delicious! Full of lots of colour, loads of vitamins and minerals, good fats, plant proteins - everything to feed your body and make you feel fantastic.....and cake.
Each day can be tailored to suit you and your friends. It doesn't have to always include Pilates, it could be strength and weight training, boxercise, hiit and The Woodland Workout formula, using all the different sized stability balls, a bit of everything; anything at all to suit you.
