REVEAL MATH ISSUES
M-H will soon be providing a tech support person dedicated to CCS. We will also be given a phone number and email address to contact for support. We will provide that information as soon as we receive it.
REVEAL TIP
Your school rearranges schedules. One section of math is to be deleted and a new one is going to be created at a different period of the day.
When the course gets deleted, the data in it is lost. You will not be able to retrieve the students' work. This is why you want to mark items in Infinite Campus.
PD DAY: OCTOBER 16

BRAININGCAMP APP: FREE OPPORTUNITY
See what Brainingcamp has to offer at their website at the link below:
This program can be great for virtual/hybrid learning. We may be able to purchase some licenses for interested schools.
If interested, please contact Steve for a redemption code.
CCS ALEKS GUIDE
IMPORTANT: UNUSED ALEKS SUBCRIPTIONS
What if we remove a student who then shows up in class?
No harm done. The student will simply need to be manually enrolled.
Please remember that with a limited number of licenses, students cannot be enrolled in more than one ALEKS course at a time.
TEACHER EDITIONS
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE GET NEW STUDENTS?
Ask the student: Have you been working in ALEKS in another CCS school this year? Previous years do not matter. If yes, then the curriculum office needs to move the student to your class. The student can continue to work while the move is pending.
If the student answers no, then you can enroll that student yourself. Even if another account was created for that student, if that account was never logged into, we can retrieve that license. Please note that students enrolled in the Digital Academy at the beginning of the year have not had accounts created for them yet.
To enroll new students into your class, please see page 4 in the CCS ALEKS Guide.
In REVEAL/ConnectED:
Students are automatically loaded into Reveal and ConnectED accounts (the textbooks) according to their schedule in Infinite Campus. This can take 24-48 hours. Schedules must be entered correctly in Infinite Campus.
Students never need a login code, redemption code, usernames, or passwords for Reveal Math. Instead, they log into Clever and click the McGraw-Hill button. Remember, they may need to select their school from a drop down menu.
For Number Worlds:
Teachers will enter student rosters themselves. In this case, a code is asked for. For any middle school special education teacher still interested in Number Worlds, please contact the curriculum office.
