Fast foods = fat foods
Fast foods are the most popular kind of food in America. We all know that fast food is bad for you but why do we go back..? Most people make up excuses and say they don't have time or they might just like the food. Fast food is a drug, the more you eat it the more you want it. Not only do you want it more but most people don't burn off the calories that they take in meaning they gain weight. As a matter of fact ,McDonald's, one of the top most visited fast food place in the world is visited by 90 percent of American children on a monthly basis!
One of the most important things to loosing weight!
Exercise is one of the most important things when dieting. An example of good exercise would be said situps help remove fat from the stomach and create muscle.
