Congrats, Thank You's, and Reminders
Congrats!
- Congrats to all of our pumpkin winners and staff members who made a pumpkin or dressed as a storybook character this week. The kids love our enthusiasm! Courtney, you were a great Dog Man as well!
Thank You's:
Thank you to Sunshine for rescheduling our Hat Creek Social! We appreciate you all!
Thank you to everyone for their attentiveness at our Diversity Staff Meeting! I appreciate your participation and great questions! Here is the link to the rest of the video we started to watch: The Danger of A Single Story.
- Thank you to Cathleen, Wanda, Cheri, Tiffany and everyone who helped get ready for our friendly audit this week!
Reminders:
- All adults in the building need to have a badge or sticker. If you see an adult without one, please bring them back to the office and we will take of it. Thanks for following our security procedures. REMIND all students to not open doors for any adults. They will need to get an adult and they will tell them to come to the office.
- Check the Safe Schools video requirements and put the dates in our spreadsheet: SafeSchools Videos. You should have received an email this week if you are behind on the Safe School videos.
- The new Marketplace App is available on Webdesk for ordering. If the vendor is not there, then you need to use the paper PO form. The form for filling out a Purchase Order (PO-- see below), and it is important to put the item number and specific need on the order form so that we can order it as quick as possible. Thanks!
- Walkthroughs have begun! Please check your junk email to make sure the form is not in there. If you move it to your inbox it should be there next time! :)
- Be sure you have the EOP app on your phone for our safety drills and procedures.
- Don't forget to give your Sunshine Dues to Nicki or Erin!
