World Trade Center
On September 11, 2001, a terrorist group named Al Qaeda, lead by Osama bin Laden, successfully attacked two of the three targets. Sadly, the World Trade Center was on of the successfully attacked targets.
Pentagon
The Pentagon is the second location that was attacked.
White House
Fortunately, patriotic Americans went into the cockpit and distracted the terrorists, and stopped what would have been the most depressing attack of the three. Sadly, those people died as the plane crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Muhammad bin Laden
Muhammad bin Laden (Osama's father) was very important to Osama because he thought him how to work hard, have a strong personality, and have a sharp mind.
9-11 Attack
The 9-11 attack on the United States helped Osama become well known… obviously not in a good way to the United States, but his fame started with this shocking attack.
Al Qaeda Terrorists
One of Al Qaeda's terrorists helped Osama bin Laden plan the 9-11 attack by asking if he could fly airplanes into another location.
