Student Tutors Needed!

Students grades 10-12 can sign up to be a tutor by submitting the below application by Friday, Sept. 11 to Diana O'Quin at Application here

PSAT - Saturday, October 17

The PSAT measures critical reading skills, math problem-solving skills, and writing skills. PSAT results will include feedback on your student’s strengths and weaknesses in skill areas necessary for college success. Your student can then focus on areas that need additional study or practice. For more information, please visit

REGARDING SAT: MCHS will NOT be hosting SAT testing during September, October or November. Conditions will be re-evaluated in November to make a decision regarding the remaining testing dates. Please note: the SAT exam is not run by MCHS Staff. It is administered by a third party that uses our facilities only. Questions, please email

Women in Engineering Opportunity

Join the Society of Women Engineers and Women in Computing at UC San Diego in their first year of the Empowerment and Development for Girls in Engineering (EDGE) program, designed to empower high school girls to explore STEM related field. Open to all girls grades 9-12.
