Buckingham Musical: The Ever After
The 5th & 6th Grade Students in this year's Buckingham musical, The Ever After, performed 3-live shows last Thursday and Friday. Each performance was excellent and the ALL children should be proud of their accomplishments - which featured solos, choreography, spotlights, and comedy! The show was set on a "TV Studio Talk Show" revisiting the lives of our most famous fairy-tale characters years after "...happily ever after...."!
The students were led by the direction of Buckingham's music teacher, Mr. Bill Weir, and with help from 5th grade teachers, Mrs. Linda Raitt and Miss Sarah Mullen.
The daytime performance will be shown on CBTV throughout the rest of the year -
check schedule for timings - Channel 28 (Comcast); Channel 40 (Verizon).

"Reptile Discovery" at Buckingham!
Since 1974, Mr. Bruce Schwedick has shared his fascination and knowledge of reptiles with students of all ages in thousands of schools, at Florida Cypress Gardens and most recently, at the North Carolina Aquarium.
Reptile Discovery provides an opportunity for students to meet and learn about reptiles from all over the world. Their natural history, geography and conservation are presented in a manner that students enjoy and understand.

Buckingham "Make Your Mark" Walk
We are about 3 weeks out from Making Our Mark with our 3K Fun Run/Walk during school hours on May 9th.
This week a sponsor sheet will be coming home to track those family and friends who may like to make a donation based on your participation in the run. We will also "Make Our Mark" by giving back to others who are less fortunate. This year 10% of our proceeds will be donated to the Make-A-Wish charity to benefit a local Bucks County child suffering from a life-threatening issue with a wish come true. Everything else comes right back to Buckingham.
Let's Make Our Mark and Make-A-Wish come true, too!
For more information on the Buckingham Make Your Mark Walk or to help out, please visit the PTO Website HERE!
