"Nutrition is the power source that enables the body to function properly and keeps it healthy. The supply of nutrition furnished to the body via intake of various food items, enables it to carry out all the body functions appropriately, thereby enabling it to protect itself from invasion of viruses, bacteria and toxins. From the food consumed, the body absorbs the simple but essential minerals, vitamins, fats, proteins, carbohydrates and water into the bloodstream".
Obesity is a mjor problem in every country, because people arent teating right and are too lazy to do anything about it. They would rather eat unhealthy fatty foods that will end up killing them than healthy vitamins and minerals that will make them live a longer and healthier life. Adults in the family need to take charger and talk to their children about eating healthy and change their eating habits as a family because they are the role models and kids do the things that their parents do.
Also, they should encourage their friends and other familes to have a healthier lifestlye so they dont have diseases and won't become obese. Nobody wants to see their close friends and family suffer because they ate that last cheeseburger instead of that salad. Eating healthy doesnt only effect you, it affects the people who care about you too.
Calf Raises
Doing a reverse push-up and lifting one leg at a time is called a calf raise. It builds up muscle in your upper body and your calf, and is a great and quick excersize that you can do in the morning or any time throughout the day!
Push-Up Arm Raises
To do these, you hold a push-up position, also known as a plank position, and lift one arm up at a time holding a weight and hold it there, for however long you can. This increases your core strength and arm strenth.
Elevated Push-Ups
A normal push up is a great way to build arm muscle, but by elevating your upper body, you are making it even more difficult to do a push-up, which increases more strength.
