A Message from Nurse Abby.....
Happy Friday Bears!
Merry Christmas Bears!
I hope you have a wonderful break! The attached link was shared with me, and I thought it had great information to help you understand lice. The new research shows that over the counter lice treatments are ineffective, and recommends calling your pediatrician for a prescription, and combing the hair is still a must. Please take the time to read the below information.
An Entomologist's Perspective on Lice --http://bexarento.blogspot.com/2018/12/an-entomologists-perspective-on-lice.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+BexarCountyEntomology+%28Bexar+County+Entomology%29
Please remember to send a refillable water bottle to school with your child, and don’t forget your flu shot!
