7th Grade Dance Rotation:
Thanks to everyone that helped make the performance a success! We will watch performance March 19th and write a reflection. Choreography assignment based on pathways, locomotor/nonlocomotor moves is due March 21st. Class sessions are devoted to group work.

Wednesday, March 27, 3:00-5:00 pm -- Dress rehearsal after school. Rides need to pick up promptly at the front of the school at 5:00 pm!
Thursday, March 28, PERFORMANCE! - All students need to arrive in costume/hair/makeup and meet in the drama classroom by 5:30 pm. The performance will start at 6:00 pm and over by 7:30 pm.
Students wishing to receive extra credit points may bring up to 3 cases of soda (any brand) for 10 points/case.
All students that competed in the SC Speech and Theatre Association's Middle School Festival will be recognized on Monday, March 18 at 6:00 pm during the Board Meeting at Genesis Education Center. Individual invitations were sent this week via mail. Please let Mrs. Keenan know if you need to RSVP and plan to attend!

7th Grade ELA
Students will be reading artilces and creating comparison essays this week.
7th Grade SS
Students will complete their study of the Cold War era. They will have their test and begin the study of issues in the Middle East.
Science - Mrs. Griffin
The students will develop and use models to explain how the structural organizations within multi-cellular organisms function to serve the needs of the organism. They will also work with constructing explanations of how the nervous, excretory and musculoskeletal systems work. They will have graded homework and class assignments. There will also be assigned on both USA Test Prep and Study Island.
