Big picture


Dear JMI Families,

First and foremost, thank you for all your support as we continue to navigate through a school year unlike any other.

We transitioned to Hybrid learning on October 19 with success! Our in-person students quickly acclimated to new procedures, like wearing a mask all day, not sharing materials, walking on footprints, and practicing safe social distancing. Our teachers and staff have worked diligently learning how to balance teaching in-person students and remote students with new technology in every classroom. It has been a joy to see our classrooms come to life with laughter and learning the past few weeks.

We will continue to be vigilant in our efforts to keep JMI safe and clean for our students and staff. Please remind your child to practice safe social distancing and good hygiene outside of school to help keep everyone in our community safe.

Parent Teacher Conferences - Fall 2020

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on November 12, November 18, and December 3.

Parent University Sessions

Our Parent University workshops are informational sessions on various topics. We have had three sessions so far and feedback from the workshops has been very positive.

Halloween Fun at JMI!

Although we did not get to celebrate like we usually do, Halloween was still a fun day at JMI! When celebrating Halloween this year, please practice safe social distancing! Here are some resources from the CDC and NJ Department of Health to ensure your Halloween is a safe one:
