Energy, Energy, Energy!!

The dibs on Kinetic, Potential, and Conservation

Energy is what fuels everything in our lives. Here's how it works:

What are they?

The Law of Conservation of Energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only change forms. In any case, the starting amount of energy is equal to the final product's energy.

Kinetic Energy is energy in motion, and Potential Energy is an object at rest with the potential to be in motion.

Fun Facts:

Lighting is a powerful burst of electricity (electricity is a form of kinetic energy!) that happens very quickly during a thunderstorm-- the average temperature of lightning is around 20000 °C (36000 °F). That's some hot energy!!
